MARSHA KAY WILSON, age 53, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 4:40 a.m. at the Country Glenn Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born on November 17, 1958 in Greenfield to George and Janice Perry Whaley. She had worked in home health care, attended The Gathering Place, enjoyed bingo and going out to eat. She was a graduate of Miami Trace High School.
Marsha was preceded in death by her father George Whaley, her mother Janice Whaley Elliott, grandparents Thomas and Virgie Perry, her husband James “Skeeter” Wilson, grandson Nehemiah Wilson and sister Debra Little.
Surviors include her daughter and son-in-law Amy and Chad Sever; step-children Mike (Charlene) Wilson and Cheri (Chris) Wilson-Bateson; grandchildren Cain and Callie Sever; step-grandchildren Austin, Avery, Jacob, Abigail, Elijah, Isaiah and Gabriel Wilson, Alexis and Cody Riley and Carly Bateson; siblings David Whaley and Brenda (Jerry) Picklesimer; step-father James Elliott and step-mother Kathleen Whaley and brother-in-law Michael Little as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Todd Kritzewiser officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
